McKenna Law Firm named National Class Counsel to implement $60M settlement involving former NCAA College Football and Basketball players.
In July 2014, U.S. District Judge Claudia Wilken gave preliminary approval to a combined $60 million settlement of a series of claims relating to the use of college football and men’s basketball players’ names and likenesses in NCAA-themed video games.
Now, the McKenna Law Firm has been named the National Class Counsel to implement this monumental settlement.
